- To provide a comprehensive end to end best practice recruitment service and advice to internal customers including operational and HR managers across regional DSC Business Units within UK&I
- Ensure that resource planning requirements are delivered on in line with agreed timescales and phases
- Manage the ATS ensuring a timely and professional response to candidates
- Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks, social media groups and databases when required)
- Screen CVs and update candidates on the recruitment and selection processes
- Interview candidates during the various hiring stages, including phone and first round interviews
- Maintain talent pool of candidates
- Book candidates in for assessment days
- Organise, attend and host assessment days
- PCV/ DVLA/ CPC checks
- Ensure that right to work checks are completed

- Proven experience recruiting specifically for Driver / Transport roles
- Sound knowledge of all types of driver licenses and legislation to support and lead driver recruitment for the region
- Experience supporting new start-ups would be beneficial
